MANAGEMENT

Thomas C. Tremblay
Mr. Tremblay is currently the President and CEO of Guardair Corporation, a leading manufacturer of pneumatic tools and accessories used for industrial cleaning.  In 1994, he led a leveraged buyout of Union Engineering to form Guardair Corporation and since that time restructured the company, upgraded the management team, and made three bolt-on acquisitions that have increased sales nearly six-fold.  Mr. Tremblay is also the Chairman of SILPRO, LLC, a leading manufacturer of polymer modified commercial construction products.  SILPRO underwent a leveraged buyout that he co-led in 2009.  Since 2001, he has also served on the Board of Ayer Sales, Inc., a distributor of specialty industrial piping and accessories.  Formerly, Mr. Tremblay was a Vice President at New England Capital Corporation, the venture capital arm of the Bank of New England.  Previously, he held positions at Technology Consulting Group, a market and strategy consulting firm, and Dravo Corporation, a major international engineering firm.  Mr. Tremblay earned a BS in Electrical Engineering from Lafayette College and a combined MSME and MBA from Boston University.

Brooks C. Patterson
Mr. Patterson is currently the President of SILPRO LLC, a leading manufacturer of polymer modified commercial construction products.  Previously he was the Executive Vice President of Business Development and COO at Flight Landata, a provider of high-resolution aerial imagery and data collection service to the U.S. government and its allies.  At Flight Landata, he increased net sales nearly twelve-fold within two years and positioned the company for sale to KEYW Corporation.  Prior to this experience, Mr. Patterson was a Principal with the management consulting firm PRTM where he provided advice and interim management services to manufacturing companies that resulted in rapid growth and increased profitability. He has held a variety of senior management positions in several highly successful businesses, where he was directly responsible for the scale-up of operations to facilitate explosive growth. Mr. Patterson earned a BA in Economics and History at Colby College and an MBA from Emory University.
